Not sure its safe for me

I have a longstanding problem with constipation. While I was very eager to try this product I only used it once because I could taste the oats in it. The bottle says it is gluten free and technically oats do not contain gluten. However Im not going to use it till I have asked my naturopath.

Great product to go along with Theralac

Seems to work well along side Theralac to provide the bacteria that Theralac probiotics need to live in the gut (feeds them). I feel much better when taking TruFiber along with Theralac. The difference between night and day. Again Dr. Blaylock recommended this duo to help decrease the bad bacteria in the gut.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
