Have an unopened product to return? Did you receive a damaged order, one missing an item, or was it something you simply didn't like? We're here to help!

Your happiness is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, PureFormulas will issue a 100% refund on all items returned unopened within 30 days. Include a detailed description of the reason for your return with your shipment. Simply contact our Customer Happiness team via e-mail, chat, or call 1-800-383-6008. Please make sure you reference your order number.

Our 30 day return policy

  • 30 days is calculated from the day your order is delivered to you.
  • 100% refund will be issued on all items returned unopened within 30 days and will be refunded back to the original payment method used.
  • Products returned unopened after 30 days will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Products returned opened after 30 days will be discarded and a refund or credit will not be issued to the customer.
  • Refrigerated products are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Examples include probiotics.
  • Gift cards, coupons, promotions, free gifts etc. are non-refundable.
  • Items must be returned in same (or similar) condition in which they were received.*
