      I take Coral Calcium 1000 mg by NOW to help with better absorption and helping with my pH levels. As well as helping with muscle cramping and soreness after workouts.

      So far my experience has been good with Coral Calcium 1000 mg by NOW ! As a plant based eater, my doctor recommended that I just get on a Cal supplement since this is the time of my life (mid 20s) that my body is storing up it's calcium supply for the future! So I decided to get this kind, as my mom has used it in the past, and take about 2 every other day or so, while striving to make sure my diet is full with Calcium as well! I look forward to seeing how my calcium levels are in the future.

      I've taken Coral Calcium by NOW for over 20 years. My chiropractor of over 20 years says I have the hardest bone he has ever adjusted. I am 77 and I can still jump rope!
