Fall into a restful sleep with L-Tryptophan from Protocol for Life Balance®. This supplement allows you to shift to a positive state of mind‚ which may lead to more restful sleep.
L-Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that your body does not produce inherently and therefore must be sourced from our daily diet. This amino acid works as a building block for protein biosynthesis and can be found in foods such as meat‚ eggs‚ yogurt‚ and milk. A supplement from Protocol for Life Balance® may assist your body in meeting the L-Tryptophan demands of your body.
Research shows that L-Tryptophan may assist in the synthesis of melatonin and serotonin hormones in the body‚ which are responsible for our mood and sleep and waking cycles. By accelerating the production of serotonin‚ L-Tryptophan alleviates our mood and may even aid your body’s immune system. Give your body the goodness of L-Tryptophan from Protocol for Life Balance®.
