      First of all I respect Organic India as a company. I have found that taking Triphala keeps me regular. I do not necessarily take the full dosage every day but have found that it works for me even on half dose. So, it goes a long way. It is not supposed to be a laxative, but rather a toner for the colon. I also take magnesium citrate which does have a laxative effect. So, between the two, I'm covered.

      I have had severe, chrinic dry-eye for 7 years. So bad that I have actual "calluses" on one of my eyes. (There is a longer, technical term for them). I have had to use Restasis this while time, with no improvement. I started using True Wellness Triphala by Organic India in December of 2016., taking 3 capsules twice a day. When I went to my eye doctor in March of 2017 (3 months of using triphala), he was amazed! No dry eyes! No pitting on my eyes at all! No increase in my prescription! There was always a change every year before! He asked what I was doing because, in his words " there are alot of people that would love to know what you're doing". He took me off Restasis and I have been just fine! He had never heard of Triphala, so being a doctor, was a bit skeptical. Hopefully, he passes the info on. I know I will never be without it!
