If you've been afflicted with bowel issues‚ you’re aware of how they can negatively affect your daily life. What's more‚ digestion can affect overall health. Metabolic Maintenance’s Psyllium Husk Powder is a convenient source of soluble fiber that adds bulk to stools and while helping promote regularity and healthy digestive functioning.
Dietary guidelines recommend that men eat 38 grams of fiber daily‚ and women should consume 25 grams. Food sources of fiber include fruits‚ vegetables and whole grain breads‚ cereals‚ and pastas. Unfortunately‚ if you often rely on processed foods to get through a busy day‚ you may not be getting enough fiber in your diet. In that case‚ a convenient supplement may help.
If you experience regular digestive issues such as hemorrhoids‚ irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)‚ ulcerative colitis‚ psyllium may help you feel better while supporting colon health. Since it slows down the transit of food from the stomach to the intestine‚ psyllium fiber keeps you feeling full longer after a meal‚ which may potentially reduce cravings. People on a low-carb diet can benefit from fiber supplementation because of their decreased intake of fiber-rich foods. Beyond digestion‚ the soluble fiber in psyllium husks may also support overall cardiovascular health.
Each serving of Psyllium Husk Powder by Metabolic Maintenance can be mixed with water or other liquids‚ or mixed into a smoothie. One container provides one pound of powder‚ which should last from one-and-a-half to five months at the recommended serving size of one to three tablespoons per day.
Metabolic Maintenance vitamins and supplements are time-tested and physician-approved. All products are truly excipient-free‚ meaning that they have no fillers like cellulose or silicon dioxide that other manufacturers often add to products. Using only the purest ingredients and cutting-edge medical technologies‚ Metabolic Maintenance vitamins and supplements come in tinted glass bottles to best store them without losing their potency and effectiveness.

I have been using Psyllium Husk Powder by Metabolic Maintenance to help combat bowel issues it has worked wonders. I used to have alot of trouble with pasty nasty stools that don't wipe clean and now that problem is gone! Also great as an add on to my cholesterol lowering supplementation! I try to use at least one scoop in water at least once a day and sometimes twice a day. Works excellently.
Easy to use with not a bad taste and I am sensitive to tastes and smells.
