      Bought Lion's Mane by Host Defense to assist in my recovery from a slight stroke. Taking it with B3 {one capsule of each daily} to improve brain function after the stroke. After 8 weeks I have recovered 95% of functions lost due to the stroke. I gave lions mane a 4 out of 5 because I cant say for sure how much it assisted in my recovery
