Overall Rating for Moly-B (Molybdenum) - 300 Tablets
from Shoreline, WA
The best Moly-B out there !
Ive been getting this Moly-B by Carlson for a long time. Oftentimes its sold out and its hard to get. I know a lot of people think this one is good quality and good deal. One tablet contains 500 mcg of Moly-B. Its a nice dose. However sometimes when I take it 1 tablet a day I get headache. I know that people can take it up to 900 mcg a day. But I think it depends on a person. Moly-B can give you a headache. So I cut a tablet in half and take 250 mcg a day and it works out well for me. Or sometimes I take 250 mcg in the morning and 250 in the afternoon.
