    I like the liquid form

I was happy to find magnesium in a liquid form. It was too much to take tablets. My physio-cardiologist recommended my taking magnesium over a year ago. I mix1/2 tsp in a glass of orange juice every morning. I cannot taste it. Ordering by phone is easy and usually arrives within a few days. I will continue to use Pure Formulas liquid magnesium as long as my doctor wants me to.

Best Magnesium at The Best Price

NutriCology Magnesium Chloride Liquid is the best form of magnesium there is. It's the same magnesium used in a healthcare setting to treat magnesium deficiencies, help delivering mothers and more. I highly recommend everyone take Magnesium Chloride Liquid.

    Pros

Best absorption of all magnesium supplements. Easy to measure out what I need for the day.

    Cons

A bit expensive. Most magnesium products sell for much less per mg. Still it's much less than other magnesium chloride sources.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

      Nothing.

Reverse Calcium Deposits in Soft Tissue

Pure Magnesium Chloride is known to inhibit Calcium from the soft tissues and direct it to the bones and teeth where it belongs.. Dr. Sircus discusses this event and other calming benefits in his writings.. I thought I would give it a try... I have only been using Magnesium Chloride Liquid for 5 days, and so far I am pleased with the way I feel after using the product..

    Pros

Pros: Oral use taken as directed, the product performs as Dr Sircus says. Easy to use, mixed with your favorite beverage, Juice, Water, etc.. It can also be absorbed through the skin effectively as well..

    Cons

Cons: I don't have any negative feelings about the product so far !!

I would recommend this item to a friend.

    Liquid Magnesium

Since I have only been taking Magnesium Chloride Liquid by NutiCology a few days I don't know how it is. I do know I can't ingest the pill form as it stays intact in my system. I found this liquid magnesium on line and Pureformulas gave us the best description of what was in the medicine and what it is used for. I definitely will order this again.

    Pros

      The liquid form.

    Cons

Hard to pour out the right amount that I need. it spills at the beginning. Now that I have used it a few days & the bottle is lower in volume, it is easier to pour.

I would recommend this item to a friend.

I am trying to raise my RBC magnesium to correct arrhythmia. The Carlson 'liquid magnesium' (400mg Magnesium Oxide) causes very loose stools. Will this form of Magnesium have the same effect?

Nutricology Magnesium Chloride Liquid. With the MagChloride serving size of 1/2 tsp/ 66.5 mg, for the Calcium to Magnesium ratio of 2- to - 1, the Calcium taken with each MagChloride dose should be about 133 mg. Which Calcium is most compatible: - Apatite, Citrate, Lactate, or Malate? Please advise. Thank you very much.
