      from Hillsborough, NC on 1/18/2020
I wanted to try a different way of taking magnesium because I have difficulty with tablets and capsules. this was great and was just what I needed.

      Pros

great for people who need to take their supplements in liquid form

      Cons

be careful when you pour it out. would like a higher mg per serving.

    • Magnesium Chloride

      from Bethesda on 11/24/2019
The amount of magnesium chloride in this product is lower than in other comparable products, lowering its potential beneficial effects.

      Pros

      Cons

      Lower potency
    • Great product. Taste awful

As the headline states it has an awful taste but magnesium chloride will never taste good. My mom needed a liquid as she has difficulty swallowing pills.

      Pros

      Liquid

      Cons

      Taste

Have used it in the past for Heart Health and Energy along with other important health concerns and because it's fast absorbing you get result fast.

      Pros

It's the most easily absorbed form of magnesium in comparison with other forms

      Cons

You have to use an eye dropper to measure the dose.

      Bioavailable

from Sierra Vista AZ on 8/05/2018
Magnesium Chloride Liquid by NutriCology was ranked highest in ConsumerLab for cost, accuracy of ingredients, and lack of contaminants. I have found it to be highly bioavailable. It keeps me regular, damps down noise sensitivity, helps me relax, helps with insomnia, and stops my heart from racing and pounding, especially at night when the racing and pounding can contribute to the insomnia. I am taking twice the dose suggested, twice a day. It is also at a great price from Pure Formulas, and I just ordered another 4 bottles since I go through so much of it. I also take magnesium threonate, which crosses the blood brain barrier. and also helps with all those issues. I need a lot of magnesium. But the mag threonate by itself is not enough. This product goes the rest of the way to meeting my magnesium needs.

      Pros

      Easy to take.

      Cons

A bit of a metallic taste even in water. A few drops of liquid stevia takes the edge off that.
review-checkI would recommend this item to a friend.
