Holy Basil make a delicious tea. Boil 2-3 teaspoons of Holy Basil leaves in 8-12 oz of water. Add more tea for a more robust flavor. Enjoy the tea as is or add 1 teaspoon of Organic Traditions Vanilla Powder‚ Organic Traditions slippery Elm Powder‚ Organic Traditions Gotu Kola Powder or Organic Traditions Ashwagangha Powder. Grate fresh ginger into the tea to add more intensity. Naturally sweeten the tea with 1/4-1/2 teaspoon of Organic Traditions Stevia Powder. Does this tea help a person get a good night's sleep? I saw an article recently that recommended Holy Basil Tea for insomnia.A

Rachel, after researching the tea, we do see that it says to drink it to calm the mind and encourage a blissful state. It may be able to help you sleep, but the main purpose given is for relaxation.
