      I have tried almost every antidepressant out there but they either don't work or most often have awful side effects that I can't live with. The Gaba Ease-I take 1 twice a day- has really helped take the edge off. I have irritability on the edge of anxiety attacks. I moved in with my mother to help her and I found myself getting upset with her, even snapping at her FOR NO REASON. This made me have terrible guilt and depression. This was recommended and it helps ALOT. It didn't magically cure me but it made a BIG difference. Sometimes I have a more difficult day and I take an extra one and it works.

      My natural path recommended this supplement to help me get back to sleep as I tend to wake after an hour and a half. I started it this morning and took my first at 1:30 am. It is now 4:09 and I am wide awake with a tummy ache. I feel hyper and not at all sleepy. There must be another solution!

      I was interested in trying this product for a more restful sleep. It successfully turned off all of the worries that ran through my mind like a tickertape whenever I would wake up. I was exhausted when I got up in the morning and now feel rested. It may take my body awhile to catch up after suffering with this for years but I now have hope ! I will keep buying this. I also feel good and confident about the high quality ingredients.

      My homeopath recommended GABA Ease and of all the products that Ive tried to help restore a more normal sleep habit GABA Ease works the best. The contents are safe and it isnt habit-forming. After taking it for a while I had a more restored balance to my sleep habits so I was able to stop taking it. I like to keep a supply on hand though for periods when I need a little rebooting of my system.
