Eleuthero - My Go-To Adaptogen
I have been using Herb Pharm's Eleuthero Extract for about 2 years now and have seen very positive results for my adrenal fatigue. I decided to give Gaia Herbs Eleuthero Root capsules a shot to avoid the alcohol in the Herb Pharm product, and enjoy the portable convenience of a capsule. Although this isn't as strong as the tincture, I'm still experiencing good results.

No positive effects.
I haven't had any positive effects from taking Eleuthero Root by Gaia Herbs. No different in this case.
