  • Dandelion Glycerite by Herb Pharm is an alcohol-free liquid supplement that may have a mild cleansing effect.

This product may work to maintain optimal liver function because it contains roots‚ leaves‚ and flowers from organically grown dandelion (taraxacum officinale) plants. For example‚ dandelion provides an active compound called taraxacin that may stimulate bile secretion; bile—which is produced by your liver and stored by your gallbladder—can work to break dietary fats down into smaller fatty acids that are easier to digest. Since your liver is largely responsible for removing toxins from your bloodstream as well as absorbing nutrients‚ Dandelion Glycerite may also play a key role in detoxification.

In addition‚ Dandelion Glycerite may work to protect cells throughout your liver cells from free radical damage due to its antioxidant properties.

Finally‚ dandelion leaf could potentially serve as a mild diuretic‚ which means that it may encourage your kidneys to produce more urine. As a result‚ this supplement may help address certain symptoms associated with water retention while helping your body eliminate waste more effectively.

Each bottle of Herb Pharm’s Dandelion Glycerite contains one fluid ounce of solution.
