Question:
Hi - I'm wondering what the caffeine level is for a serving given the cocoa powder, and what the process is for the cocoa used in this? I'm sensitive to caffeine and started taking tonight. Hoping not going to keep me up all night! Also curious if this can be taken in the morning on empty stomach few hours before a meal? Not sure if this works while you sleep better than in the morning! Thanks in advance!!
