Excess Vita B2 - Riboflavin Can Be Toxic
To begin with, Boron 3 by Life Extension has way too much B2. Not only that, it's not necessary to have B2 added to Boron. It's so easy to get enough through your diet. More is not better of any one thing.
Pros
-
The Boron itself.
Cons
-
The addition of Vitamin B2 that's not necessary and can be toxic..

trying to overcome estrogen deficiency
I have only recently started taking Boron so I am unsure if it will help me but it is a tiny pill that is very easy to swallow. You also only take it once a day.
Pros
-
small and easy to swallow
Cons
-
does accentuate mineral deficiencies. You may want to research if you are deficient in nutrients.
