Question:
I haven't been diagnosed with the MTHFR but have many of the symptoms and my body does not metabolize folic acid. Was going to order the b12 2000. Can/should one take both these b12 products? I'm 48 and peri menopausal, I've started taking d3, primrose oil, b12, and tumeric from a different brand name and not feeling major difference. My neighbor recommended this site/product. I can't afford to overdo so I just want to take best possible scenario. Thanks.

Question:
Are all of the ingredients in the B-Complex with Metafolin and Intrinsic Factor by Douglas water soluble I'm thinking if they are that I can take it on an empty stomach. I plan to take a dose on an empty before bedtime to help with bruxism but want to get the most benefit so will take it with fatty food if necessary. Thank you for your help. I love your site. You carry the best products and have the best prices I have seen anywhere.

- Hi there Phyllis! We appreciate every compliment given! We apologize, these capsules are not water soluble. An option that can be used is to break open the capsule and mix it with water for a better way of taking the vitamin.
