Mixing with carrot juice may produce gas. Intensive Usage: 18 - 36 or more capsules per day. Vitamineral™ Green is food bio-compatible nutritional superfood - NOT a supplement. It is non-toxic and can be taken in any quantity. Vitamineral Green by HealthForce Nutritionals is the BEST multivitmain + mineral supplement i've ever taken. I feel so much healthier and my skin is so much healthier too, i've only been on it for a few weeks but already i can tell the difference from synthetic multivitamins that i've taken in the past and this stuff...whole food vitamins work better because your body assimulates those ingredients better, no bright yellow urine with Vitamineral Green. I love Vitamineral Green as well as the rest of the Healthforce Nutritionals line. I'm a huge fan!
