Best Vitamin/Mineral Formula I've Ever Used

I chanced on this product two years ago at a health facility in Key West, FL. I am doing an intense exercise and light meditation series for rejeuvenation and cellular-level regeneration of one's internal organ. I find this formula to be easily assimilated and very supportive of this kind of body work.

As it happened, the facility I was buying from ran out and I tried a chemically synthesized formula. Not only was that formula not helpful, I even sensed my body resisting the syntheticsand a net energy loss each time I took them. I threw the remainder of the bottle out after three days and went without for four days until my order from PureFormulas arrived.

Boy, was my body happy to get the real thing again! BTW, the advice to take with breakfast and lunch is good. Taken in the evening, and depending on how soon after supper you go to bed, you may find (as I did) that this formula is too energizing for going to sleep easily.
