Works for me!

I was first introduced to Sleepblend by my massage therapist about eight years ago when it was called Women's Sleepblend and, as a male editor with a long daily commute, I was having trouble sleeping. I was also taking a prescription drug which I cut in half when taking Sleepblend with it. It made all the diference for my being able to sleep soundly for a few hours. When I retired from my job, I didn't need it any longer until recently when insomnia was reintroduced with the coming of an irregular heart beat. My cardiologist says "Whatever works" to help rid me of insomnia which appears to be a trigger for my heart arrhythmia. The combination of melatonin, vitamin B and herbs works well for me.
Pros:Helps me sleep more deeply for longer periods when combined with a prescription drug
It works mildly--doesn't cause drowsiness during the day.
Cons:Nothing. it works.
