Great source of quality probiotics

My naturopath recommended these capsules to me. I have been using them for a few months now.
Pros:
1. They are shelf stable, so they don't have to be refrigerated
2. Unlike a lot of other probiotic supplements, these capsules don't contain FOS. FOS can be good for feeding good bacteria, but they also can feed bad bacteria. While I'm working on increasing the good bacteria in my gut, I'm glad not to be also supporting the bad bacteria.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
