Lipase – LU units (Lipase Units), based on lipolytic activity utilizing olive oil.


Cellulase – GD units (Guar gum or methylcellulose hydrolysis), based on reduced viscosity flow time against hydrolysis.


Lactase – FCC units (Food Chemicals Codex), based on liberation of o-nitrophenol.
