Are you finding it difficult to juggle work‚ family‚ and other priorities? Sometimes‚ you might not have the energy to deal with all of the demands on your time and energy. The good news is that Pure Encapsulations’ Panax Ginseng may be able to lend you a helping hand.
The adrenal glands are responsible for maintaining healthy levels of certain hormones‚ but may be thrown off-balance due to a busy lifestyle. Panax Ginseng capsules provide ginseng‚ an herb that might serve as an adaptogen; as a result‚ this supplement may help address signs of physical or emotional stress by supporting adrenal function.
In addition‚ Panax ginseng extract may work to alleviate symptoms of mild fatigue. For example‚ this herb might help you stay active by contributing to increased endurance and stamina during exercise.
Furthermore‚ this ginseng supplement contains active components known as ginsenosides. Ginsenosides may play a role in maintaining optimal cognitive function (memory and learning ability)‚ especially during stressful periods.
Each bottle of Panax Ginseng by Pure Encapsulations should last for up to one month.

Each vegetable capsule contains:
Panax ginseng extract ................................................................. 250 mg
(standardized to contain 15% total ginsenosides)
Pure Encapsulations recommends 2-3 capsules per day‚ in divided doses‚ between meals.
Are There Any Potential Side Effects Or Precautions?
Not to be taken by pregnant or lactating women. Panax ginseng has been associated with insomnia. Heart palpitations‚ tachycardia‚ breast pain‚ vaginal bleeding‚ blood pressure changes‚ edema‚ rash‚ headache and vertigo have also rarely been reported. Panax ginseng is contraindicated for individuals with high blood pressure. Consult your physician for more information.
Are There Any Potential Drug Interactions?
Panax ginseng may be contra-indicated with blood thinning and immunosuppressant medications. There is evidence that panax ginseng could affect the way that the liver breaks down medications metabolized by the cytochrome P450 system‚ altering the effects of these medications and possibly the dose needed for treatment. Individuals on anti-diabetes medications may require blood glucose monitoring. Consult your physician for more

helps energy - physical and mental
I was taking this until the bottle ran out but will be taking it again. It is apparently a good thing to rotate your herbs/adaptogens out a bit in order to maintain their effectiveness. The ginseng however did support my energy levels during a good portion of the summer while I was caddying every day. My mental energy was better than I think it would have been otherwise as well. The job is physically stressful of course but this can bleed into you mental capacities as well. Im glad that there are great natural products like these to really assist in managing this stressors while providing increased stamina.
√ I would recommend this item to a friend.
