I have taken OmegaSvail Synergy with Lipase for almost 2 years. It was recomended by my OBGYN. After 6 months my cholesterol levels are GREAT
Pros:
doesnt leave an after taste
Cons:
having to take 2. i would rather a larger pill and just take one.

I would recommend this item to a friend.
