MyoSedate is designed to help maintain calm and relaxed muscles even during times of stress. A blend of quality herbs and minerals has been combined in order to promote relaxation and provide a natural alternative for the management of acute and chronic muscle spasm. MyoSedate will not cause the drowsiness common with the use of pharmaceutical muscle relaxants in the vast majority of patients. MyoSedate can also serve as a generalized anti-anxiety formula and can promote better quality sleep without inducing sleep hangover.

MyoSedate contains valerian root (Valeriana officinalis), passion flower (Passiflora incarnate), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), and skullcap (Scutellaria laterifolia), all safe nervine botanicals known for their relaxant properties. The inclusion of Albion chelated minerals involved in muscular contraction and relaxation responses provides further comprehensive support for muscle spasm and myofascial trigger points.

Great for mucle cramps

I use Myosedate for muscle cramping. I had a doctor check out the leg cramps and he ruled out several things. He couldn't find the cause or give me anything to help. The Myosedate prevented me from having the cramping. I forgot to take it one day, and the cramping returned. The Myosedate worked.
Pros:
Helps with muscle cramping.
Cons:
Made me a little sleepy when I first began to take it. I take it with food.

HELPFUL FOR SLEEP & RELAXATION

My doctor prescribed MyoSedate by Designs for Health in addition to other magnesium supplementation, because of my body's inability to absorb magnesium. I noticed a difference when I added Myosedate, in that I'm sleeping better (despite increasing stress in my life) and having less leg cramps.
