After having gone this last winter with a lot of exhaustion and being run down all the time, my health care practitioner said that she would write a prescription for B12 shots. Well I decided to try Methyl B-12 first, and I saw a significant improvement. If I'm doing a couple of mile run at the gym, I definitely have a better work out. If I'm caddying at the country club - double baggin' it around the course, I seem to have more energy and be less tired, and more capable of staying ten steps ahead of my players. I don't seem to be needing those shots right now. I just stick Methyl B-12 under my tongue and get on with it.
Pros:increased energy. tastes good. like how it just gradually seeps into my body too.
