I started using Glutamine Powder by Vital Nutrients about 3 weeks ago. I noticed an immediate difference in the way I feel from working out to sleep. I was referred to Glutamine (2 grams) by Phil Campbell author of Ready Set Go to help increase your HGH. In talking to my naturopath, she recommended that i increase my intake to 3.5 grams. I actually take 4 grams just before bed and now sleep better and remember my dreams. I take 4 grams before I exercise and feel fantastic during and after my workouts.
Pros:

I was told by my naturopathic oncologist to take this powder daily to reduce/relieve mouth sores and protect mucus membranes during chemo. I have to admit, at first I didn't use it every day, and I did start to develop mouth sores. But once I started using it daily they went away. I've been using it for 3 months now and so far it's worked great. I've had every other side effect under the sun from chemo, but no mouth sores.
Pros:
It works for me and it's fairly tasteless.
Cons:
It doesn't dissolve in water very well.
