Diindolylmethane is a molecule which increases the breakdown of estrogens. It is the combination of two indole-3-carbinol (I3C) molecules working more effectively to reduce the symptoms of estrogen dominance. Increasing the ratio of 2-OHE1/16a-OHE1 may improve symptoms of dysmenorrhea, PMS, and breast issues which are negatively affected by estrogens. This formula is unique since one capsule contains therapeutic dosages of DIM, Calciumd- Glucarate, NAC, and Lemon Bioflavonoids, which all work synergistically to balance estrogen ratios.

After being a breast cancer survivor and refusing tamoxifen from my doctor, a alternative doctor reccomended Dim complex. It is a hormone therapy that keeps hot flashes, mood swings and other female problems at bay.
