High Quality B Complex

This Basic B Complex was recommended to me by my nutritionist to help with nervous system support, as well as support during a food/liver detox I did last year. It costs a little more than the B complex of many other brands, but is well worth it. When comparing the b-vitamins, there is better coverage and higher doses in this formulation than most of what's out there. I've continued to take it daily, and am very satisfied with this brand and this formulation. The cost at Pure Formulas is excellent - have re-ordered it several times.

Vitamin B without the Aftertaste

This is a nice gel capsule that is easy to swallow and has no aftertaste usually found with B vitamins. It gives an energy boost, but not so much that it cannot be taken in the evening.

Corn-Free B Complex

I have a severe corn allergy and most vitamins in the US have corn in them in some way, either the ascorbic/citric acid, magnesium stearate, methylcellulose, etc. This B Complex by Thorne Research is corn free and has really helped me to feel better.

Like Thorne vitamins for purity of product. My naturopath recommended this brand. I tolerate these vitamins very well with no adverse effects.

I have taken Thorne's Basic B Complex along with my multi vitamin for close to 25 years. It helps with stress and helps give me the energy I need, as I am very active. My husband takes it as well, and has done so for about 1 year. Our doctor prescribed it for me, and also recently for my husband.

I trust Thorne to give me a product that is healthfully made and contains only what it says it does. I have recommended this product to many of my friends.Cons:

Major improvement in energy

My integrative physician recommended only this B complex supplement because of it's quality. It's been a long road of recovery from cancer and chemotherapy and I am pleased to say I've achieved a complete remission for over 3 years. My energy, while quite improved from the level it was when I was sick, remained low and inconsistent. She tested my B vitamin levels and I was very low. I noticed improvement very quickly upon taking a daily capsule and I have maintained a level of well-being that I have not felt in a long time. My labs levels are now normal. Thank you for being a piece of the puzzle that got me back to a healthy, vital life.

This is a great B Complex. My phamacist/nutritionalist recommended the D and from there I got the B Complex too. I've been using this about 4 months.
