I've never taken the time to write a review but feel it only fair to share my experience. My doctor advised me to try it. I'm 65 and she felt my immune system wasn't as strong as it could be. It couldn't hurt! I've noticed over the last couple of years that my once thick hair had become thinner on top. My cholesterol was going up. Well after a few months I noticed the hair looked more like it did 10 years ago and got a pleasant surprise when I learned the numbers were all heading in a good directon! I'm doing nothing different, no diet, no exercise and cannot measure my immune system. Got to tell you, I seldom remember the 2nd pill every day but always do the first one.
