Adaptogen is an incredible product and gets me through my day. It gives me balanced energy not supped up energy. It but takes the tired out of my day. I think it increases my metabloism but not certain. Nevertheless I love it and use it daily.

I have tryed many vitamins but Premier Adaptogen one is the best I've ever taken, I feel 10 years younger. Premier Adaptogen help regulate mood, helps the heart and give energy. I take it every day in the afternoon, If you take it late you won't be able to sleep. I have numerous friends that now take it and Premier Adaptogen has changed there lives as well. Premier Research Labs products are the highest quality vitamins I have ever taken. There products are like taking healthy food. I don't even get sick if I don't eat and take any of there products. Premier Adaptogen is perfect for women going through menopause.Its perfect for men as well My husband loves the energy he gets off it.

It takes about 30 days to get Premier Adaptogen to start working at full speed, but it's worth waiting for. It's so great at keeping your weight down, even without all the exercise. It's also fantastic for your immune system. Definitely recommend it.
