Ingredients:


For oats:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup banana
  • 1/4 apple
  • 1 scoop unflavored collagen powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Toppings:

  • Chia seeds
  • Caramelized apples
  • Honey
  • Cinnamon

Directions:


  1. In a small pot over medium heat, add the oats, milk, banana, half of the apple slices, collagen, and cinnamon.
  2. Cook the oats on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Remove from heat, and transfer the mixture to a bowl while it's hot.
  4. Add desired toppings like chia seeds, apples, honey, and more cinnamon!
