Ingredients:
For oats:
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup banana
- 1/4 apple
- 1 scoop unflavored collagen powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Toppings:
- Chia seeds
- Caramelized apples
- Honey
- Cinnamon
Directions:
- In a small pot over medium heat, add the oats, milk, banana, half of the apple slices, collagen, and cinnamon.
- Cook the oats on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, and transfer the mixture to a bowl while it's hot.
- Add desired toppings like chia seeds, apples, honey, and more cinnamon!
