Ingredients:
- 1 cup cashew nuts (soaked overnight in filtered water)
- 2 1/2 tbsp tahini
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 8 tbsp of water
- 1 medium cucumber, diced
- 1 1/2 tbsp dill
- 3 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp parsley (fresh or dried)
- Dash of salt
- Dash of black pepper
Directions:
- Rinse off the cashews, and them place them in a food processor with all other ingredients (lemon juice, tahini, garlic, hemp seeds, cucumber, dill, parsley, salt, pepper, and water) process until creamy.
- If sauce is too dry, continue to add water until desired consistency is reached.
