Ingredients:


  • 1 cup cashew nuts (soaked overnight in filtered water)
  • 2 1/2 tbsp tahini
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 8 tbsp of water
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 1 1/2 tbsp dill
  • 3 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp parsley (fresh or dried)
  • Dash of salt
  • Dash of black pepper

Directions:


  1. Rinse off the cashews, and them place them in a food processor with all other ingredients (lemon juice, tahini, garlic, hemp seeds, cucumber, dill, parsley, salt, pepper, and water) process until creamy.
  2. If sauce is too dry, continue to add water until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Enjoy!
