Ingredients:
For pizza crust:
- 1 almond flour pizza dough mix
- 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp of sunflower oil
- 6 tbsp of filtered water
For pizza toppings:
- 1 cup tomate sauce
- 1/4 cup red, green, yellow peppers
- 5 mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1 cup vegan cheese
Directions:
- Follow directions for preparing the Almond Flour Pizza Dough Mix.
- While the crusts are baking for the first 5 minutes, slice the peppers, mushrooms, and onion, keeping in mind the ingredients are for both pizzas. Chunky pieces or strips, it is up to you!
- After the crusts have cooked for about 5 minutes, add your tomato sauce, cheese, and sliced vegetables.
- Cook for another 15 minutes until cheese has melted and vegetables are cooked.
