Vegan Pizza Pie

Ingredients:


For pizza crust:

  • 1 almond flour pizza dough mix
  • 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp of sunflower oil
  • 6 tbsp of filtered water

For pizza toppings:

  • 1 cup tomate sauce
  • 1/4 cup red, green, yellow peppers
  • 5 mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
  • 1 cup vegan cheese

Directions:


  1. Follow directions for preparing the Almond Flour Pizza Dough Mix.
  2. While the crusts are baking for the first 5 minutes, slice the peppers, mushrooms, and onion, keeping in mind the ingredients are for both pizzas. Chunky pieces or strips, it is up to you!
  3. After the crusts have cooked for about 5 minutes, add your tomato sauce, cheese, and sliced vegetables.
  4. Cook for another 15 minutes until cheese has melted and vegetables are cooked.
  5. Let cool and enjoy!
