Ingredients:


  • 1 14 oz. can of coconut cream
  • 3/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp of cinnamon
  • 2 tsp of ginger
  • 1/4 tsp of nutmeg
  • 1 graham cracker for topping (optional)
  • Dairy-free whip cream for topping (optional)

Directions:


  1. In a large bowl, pour coconut cream, syrup, and vanilla and mix well.
  2. Add cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg to mixture and stir until everything is combined.
  3. Optional: Top with dairy-free whipped cream and graham crackers.
