Ingredients:
- 2 cups of almond milk (make your own by soaking almonds )
- 1 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of ginger
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp of honey
Directions:
- Pour all ingredients (except the honey) into a small saucepan and bring to a light boil.
- Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add honey.
- Enjoy!
