Ingredients:


  • 2 cups of almond milk (make your own by soaking almonds )
  • 1 tsp of turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp of ginger
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of honey

Directions:


  1. Pour all ingredients (except the honey) into a small saucepan and bring to a light boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add honey.
  4. Enjoy!
