Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup of frozen organic strawberries
- 2 tbsp of ground chia seeds
- 2 tbsp of maple syrup
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender and pulse.
- Pour the mixture into a pot and simmer uncovered for about 20 minutes.
- Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. The jam will last for about a week when refrigerated.
