Ingredients:


  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup almond milk (make your own by soaking almonds)
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • Ice cubes

Directions:


  1. Blend all ingredients for 1 minute, and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
