Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup almond milk (make your own by soaking almonds)
- 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- Ice cubes
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients for 1 minute, and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon.
