Ingredients:


  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • 5 drops peppermint essential oil
  • 5 drops lavender essential oil
  • 5 tsp organic beeswax

Directions:


  1. On the stove, melt the beeswax and coconut oil. Fill a small pot with hot water and then place a container with the wax and oil into it, which creates a double broiler.
  2. Once melted, add your essential oils.
  3. Mix well, and then pour into a jar; be sure to cover with a lid.
  4. Let cool, and use on sore muscles as needed!
