Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut oil
- 5 drops peppermint essential oil
- 5 drops lavender essential oil
- 5 tsp organic beeswax
Directions:
- On the stove, melt the beeswax and coconut oil. Fill a small pot with hot water and then place a container with the wax and oil into it, which creates a double broiler.
- Once melted, add your essential oils.
- Mix well, and then pour into a jar; be sure to cover with a lid.
- Let cool, and use on sore muscles as needed!
