Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups of rolled oats
- 1 1/2 tbsp of cacao powder
- 1 cup of honey
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of chia seeds
- 1/4 cup of walnuts
- 1/4 cup of macadamia nuts
- 4 tbsp of almond milk (make your own by soaking almonds)
- Sprinkles for decoration
- Cookie cutters
Directions:
- Grind walnuts and macadamia nuts.
- In a medium bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together (oats, chia seeds, walnuts, macadamia nuts).
- In a larger bowl, add peanut butter, honey, vanilla, almond milk and cacao powder. Stir together until the mixture is smooth.
- Mix in the dry ingredients, constantly stirring until fully blended.
- On a cutting board, pour the mixture into desired cookie cutters. Add sprinkles to taste, and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Gently pop the treats out of the shapes, and enjoy!
