Ingredients:


  • 2 1/2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of cacao powder
  • 1 cup of honey
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup of walnuts
  • 1/4 cup of macadamia nuts
  • 4 tbsp of almond milk (make your own by soaking almonds)
  • Sprinkles for decoration
  • Cookie cutters

Directions:


  1. Grind walnuts and macadamia nuts.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together (oats, chia seeds, walnuts, macadamia nuts).
  3. In a larger bowl, add peanut butter, honey, vanilla, almond milk and cacao powder. Stir together until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Mix in the dry ingredients, constantly stirring until fully blended.
  5. On a cutting board, pour the mixture into desired cookie cutters. Add sprinkles to taste, and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
  6. Gently pop the treats out of the shapes, and enjoy!
