Ingredients:
- 3 cups of rice cereal
- 1 3/4 cup of vegan chocolate chips
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
Directions:
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- Pour cereal into a bowl and set aside.
- Melt the rest of the ingredients together.
- Combine the chocolate and peanut butter mixture with the cereal and blend well.
- Pour it on the baking dish and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Cut into bars.
