Ingredients:


  • 1/4 cup cocoa butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp beeswax
  • 1/2 cup magnesium chloride
  • 30-40 drops lavender essential oil

Directions:


  1. Melt cocoa butter, beeswax, and coconut oil in a double boiler using low heat.
  2. Once melted, pour the mixture into a food processor and turn it on. Slowly, add the liquid magnesium. Lastly, add the lavender oil drops while the food processor is on, allowing all ingredients to mix well.
  3. Pour into a mason jar of choice.
  4. Store lotion in a cool place.
  5. Massage lotion into sore muscles as needed.
