Ingredients:


  • 10 medium carrots
  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. of pink himalayan salt
  • 1 tbsp. of dried rosemary
  • 2 tsp. of ground garlic
  • 1 tbsp. of dried minced onion
  • 2 tsp. of cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. of coconut oil

Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.
  2. Grease cookie sheet with coconut oil.
  3. In a bowl mix all spices and herbs with the maple syrup.
  4. Toss carrots in maple mix to coat well.
  5. Spread carrots on the cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes, tossing them twice.
  6. If you'd like to add more color to the carrots, broil for 2-3 minutes on high.
