Ingredients:
- 10 medium carrots
- 1/2 cup of maple syrup
- 2 tsp. of pink himalayan salt
- 1 tbsp. of dried rosemary
- 2 tsp. of ground garlic
- 1 tbsp. of dried minced onion
- 2 tsp. of cumin
- 1/2 tsp. of black pepper
- 1 tbsp. of coconut oil
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 450 F.
- Grease cookie sheet with coconut oil.
- In a bowl mix all spices and herbs with the maple syrup.
- Toss carrots in maple mix to coat well.
- Spread carrots on the cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes, tossing them twice.
- If you'd like to add more color to the carrots, broil for 2-3 minutes on high.
