Ingredients:


  • 1 cup Epsom salt
  • 1/2 cup baking soda
  • 3 tsp. grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp. pink himalayan salt
  • 15 drops lavender essential oil

Directions:


  1. Combine ingredients together in a large bowl and stir until blended thoroughly.
  2. Pour into a glass jar with a tight lid.
  3. Add contents into a bathtub filled with warm water.
  4. Soak for at least 20 minutes to reap the aromatic benefits!
