Ingredients:
- 1 1/3 cup filtered water
- Juice from 2 lemons
- 1 1/2 tsp ground turmeric powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for an extra kick)
- 1/4 tbsp honey (manuka honey for extra benefits)
Directions:
- Add all ingredients in a jar with a lid, and shake/stir until everything is evenly combined.
- Take one shot every morning (about 2 ounces).
- Keep the mason jar in the fridge.
