Ingredients:
- 1 cup of gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp of xanthan gum
- 1/2 cup organic milk
- 1/2 tsp of white vinegar
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 organic egg
- 4 tbsp of organic softened butter
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- Honey for glazing
- 1 jar of coconut butter
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 °F.
- Lightly grease doughnut pan.
- In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, and cinnamon and whisk together.
- In a small sauce pan, heat milk, white vinegar, vanilla, egg and butter. Mix until butter melts.
- Slowly add milk and flour mixtures together and blend well.
- Fill doughnut tray (halfway each hole).
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes.
- Coat each doughnut with coconut butter & honey!
