Honey Glazed Coconut Butter Doughnuts

Ingredients:


  • 1 cup of gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of coconut sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp of xanthan gum
  • 1/2 cup organic milk
  • 1/2 tsp of white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 organic egg
  • 4 tbsp of organic softened butter
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • Honey for glazing
  • 1 jar of coconut butter

Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  2. Lightly grease doughnut pan.
  3. In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, xanthan gum, salt, and cinnamon and whisk together.
  4. In a small sauce pan, heat milk, white vinegar, vanilla, egg and butter. Mix until butter melts.
  5. Slowly add milk and flour mixtures together and blend well.
  6. Fill doughnut tray (halfway each hole).
  7. Bake for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool for 15 minutes.
  9. Coat each doughnut with coconut butter & honey!
