Ingredients:


  • 2 cans of organic tomate paste
  • 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. of garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp. of maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. of sea salt
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tsp. of powdered chia seeds

Directions:


  1. Combine the ingredients in a blender and blend.
  2. Keep in your fridge for up to two weeks and enjoy!
