Ingredients:


  • 12 oz. of unsweetened almond milk (make your own by soaking almonds)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla or unflavored protein powder
  • 1 tsp. of turmeric powder
  • 1 pinch of ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp. of agave
  • 1/2 of a banana
  • 1/4 cup of crushed ice

Directions:
