Ingredients:
- 12 oz. of unsweetened almond milk (make your own by soaking almonds)
- 1 scoop of vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 1 tsp. of turmeric powder
- 1 pinch of ground ginger
- 1 tbsp. of agave
- 1/2 of a banana
- 1/4 cup of crushed ice
Directions:
- Pour all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend well.
- Enjoy immediately!
