Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup raw honey
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seed
- 3/4 cup almond butter
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
Directions:
- Roast sesame and sunflower seeds in a preheated oven at 350º F for a few minutes until lightly brown. Make sure to stir occasionally to avoid burning.
- Mix almond butter and honey well in a saucepan over medium heat until warm. Turn off heat.
- Add almond flour, coconut shreds, and roasted seeds to the honey-butter mixture; stir.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a tablespoon to scoop balls of dough and place them on the baking sheet, making sure to flatten dough balls with the top of the spoon.
- Bake in the oven for seven minutes. Check occasionally to avoid burning.
- Remove the tray from the oven, and let it sit on a cooling rack for a couple of minutes.
