Ingredients:


  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 3/4 cup arrowroot flour
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 4 organic eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. pink himalayan salt
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed pecans

Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Line a bread pan with parchment paper.
  3. Combine all ingredients except the pecans in a blender or food processor.
  4. Fold in pecans with a spoon into the mixture.
  5. Pour batter in the pan and bake for about 40-45 minutes.
