Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup arrowroot flour
- 1/2 cup ground flax seed
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 4 organic eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. pink himalayan salt
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. crushed pecans
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Line a bread pan with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients except the pecans in a blender or food processor.
- Fold in pecans with a spoon into the mixture.
- Pour batter in the pan and bake for about 40-45 minutes.
