Gluten-Free Cheese Biscuits

Enjoy the gooey, cheesy center of this side staple that's gluten-free and made using only three ingredients.

Ingredients:


  • 2 cups of gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/3 cups of cashew milk (make your own by soaking cashew nuts)
  • 1 pinch of pink himalayan salt
  • 1/4 tsp. of ground paprika

Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a clean bowl, mix in all the ingredients together and stir well.
  3. Scoop out dough using a spoon and place on a greased cookie sheet. (Make sure you leave 1-2 inches of space in between so they don't blend in together.)
  4. Bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Enjoy immediately or store in an air-tight container.
