Ingredients:
- 2 cups of gluten-free all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese
- 1 1/3 cups of cashew milk (make your own by soaking cashew nuts)
- 1 pinch of pink himalayan salt
- 1/4 tsp. of ground paprika
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- In a clean bowl, mix in all the ingredients together and stir well.
- Scoop out dough using a spoon and place on a greased cookie sheet. (Make sure you leave 1-2 inches of space in between so they don't blend in together.)
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Enjoy immediately or store in an air-tight container.
